Isn't it curious that the two movie musicals that have inspired audience-participation cults are "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "The Sound of Music"?One has nuns, lederhosen, sweet kids and edelweiss. The other has transvestite Transylvanians, fishnet tights, sex and violence.Yet audiences have reacted in the same way to each of them, turning both into high-camp sing-along rituals.
