The Story Of Hedwig
A transexual punk rock girl from East Berlin tours the US with her rock band as she tells her life story and follows the ex-boyfriend/bandmate who stole her songs.
Joan Jett is featured in the original feature-length documentary "Whether You Like It Or Not: The Story Of Hedwig." This documentary is included in the bonus features on the DVD "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" ONLY. Included in the documentary are a few minutes of Jett onstage with Hedwig February 1999 and Joan is thanked in the closing credits.
