Before They Were on The Voice!
Jett, 57, is one of four music industry pros who will serve as advisers to coaches Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Alicia Keys on the next round of the NBC sing-off. The "Bad Reputation" singer will share her love of rock 'n' roll with 23-year-old newbie coach Cyrus' post-blind audition contestants when the series returns this fall, reveals the show source.

It's no surprise that the "Wrecking Ball" singer chose Jett. Last year, she joked about wanting to have sex with the JOAN JETT AND THE BLACKHEARTS frontwoman when she inducted Jett into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Cyrus called the "I Love Rock 'n' Roll" singer an "inspiration" and "what Superwoman really should be."

Stars Who Got Their Start on Reality TV
But Jett isn't the only rocker slated to join The Voice. Van Halen's lead Sammy Hagar has signed on to aid three-time victor Levine, 37. "Adam loves inviting rockers he admires," says the source. "He's a big fan of classic rock."

The Maroon 5 frontman and Hagar, 68, also share a history prior to teaming up for the show. Last year, the pals spent time together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and even performed a duet of AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" at a local bar.

Shelton, 40, who previously enlisted then-wife Miranda Lambert and current girlfriend and former Voice coach Gwen Stefani, will feel a different kind of wind beneath his wings. This time around, Bette Midler hopes to help the vet snatch his fourth victory.

Midler, 70, has been discussed as a possibility before. During season 9, Levine told The Voice's cameras that if he could pick a hypothetical fifth coach for the show, he'd want Midler. "I dig you, Bette," he said at the time, though his dream partner will work with rival Shelton instead. "Come and join us!"

As for newcomer Keys, 35, she's calling on Charlie Puth. The "One Call Away" singer, 24, will work together with Keys to train Team Alicia during the battle rounds.

The celebrity advisers will appear during the Battle Rounds.

NBC's The Voice returns for season 11 on Monday, September 19. The network will also be airing a special preview episode following the Closing Ceremony of the Rio Olympic Games on Sunday, August 21.
