Is she really 55? Ageless JOAN JETT rocks out in leather trousers at AMAs

And luckily for JOAN JETT, the light of day holds no fears for her, which she proved when showing off her youthful figure in a pair of skin-tight leather trousers at the AMAs in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The 55-year-old was there to present the Favourite Alternative Artist award at the prestigious music event.
Posing on the red carpet, The BLACKHEARTS singer wowed in the leather pants, which she teamed with purple boots and an unusual black and blue jacket.
Her trademark black hair ruffled to perfection, the I Love Rock 'n' Roll singer exhibited flawless porcelain skin.
Meanwhile, smokey silver and black eye make-up proved a dramatic touch.
Carrying a quilted black clutch, Joan also donned a pair of over-sized dark glasses to complete her glam rock look.
Inside the event, Jett cosied up to Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, smiling broadly and emphasising her high cheekbones as she did so.
And the winner is.... Jett and Grohl presented the award for Favourite Artist in the Alternative Rock genre to Imagine Dragons
However, as an ardent feminist, the founding member of The RUNAWAYS will probably have been far less interested in what she - or anyone else - looked like, and more intrigued by which of the talented bunch would be walking away with a gong.
