Joan to host Independent Eye

The eighth season of MPT's annual showcase of the best independent films and videos from up and coming producers and directors are premiering Saturday April 20, 2002 at 11:00pm.

Hosting this years series is international rock star JOAN JETT, a staunch supporter of the independent artist movement and founder of the first commercially successful woman-owned independent rock and roll record label, BLACKHEART RECORDS. Jett is a native of Maryland.
