Overview:

Without a doubt Joan Jett has become one of the most powerful forces in rock and roll today. In the 80's Joan pioneered new avenues not only for women in rock, but for rock and roll as the backbone of our industry. As we enter the Nineties, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts continue to blaze a trail that other performers only flirted with. With her new album The Hit List, Joan performs 10 classic songs that laid much of the foundation for the past 25 years of rock and roll. The first single from this album is AC/DC's "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap," one of their biggest AOR hits. Also included are The Doors "Love Me Two Times," The Chamber Bros. "Time Has Come Today," Jimi Hendrix's "Up From The Skies," Creedance Clearwater's "Have You Ever Seen The Rain" and ZZ Top's "Tush."
