Originally released on vinyl by Cherry Red in 1980, due to the popularity of our recent Runaways re-issues, and demand from the public, "Flamin' Schoolgirls" (CDMRED 253) will now be re-issued on CD for the first time!
Compiled by former manager/producer Kim Fowley from material he had stockpiled, it appeared in February 1980, some months after the Runaways' star had imploded. Yet it was one of only two recordings available on the compact disc format until recently when Cherry Red re-issued the first 4 Runaways albums: The Runaways (CDMRED 237), Queens Of Noise (CDMRED 238), Waitin' For The Night (CDMRED 240) and Live In Japan (CDMRED 241) with bonus sleeve notes and unpublished photographs, which Flaming Schoolgirls will also contain!
